Abstract

Aiming at the low degree of automation of stockings in the production process of stockings, the material conveying mode of pneumatic conveying is used for reference, and the conveying mode of stockings is studied. Based on the fan power formula, the quality of stockings, air flow rate, wind pressure and pipeline The key process parameters such as cross-sectional area and pipe length are established. Theoretical models of stockings conveying efficiency, fan power and conveying pipe length are established; stockings conveying experiments are designed, and the parameters of stockings movement speed, wind pressure, etc. The relationship between the model parameters is optimized; a fully automatic stockings conveying technology based on Mitsubishi FX series programmable controller and Omron 3G3MV series inverter is proposed, an experimental prototype is developed, and the built model is applied to the actual production process Medium; The technology has been tested by recording the time-consuming single operation and comparing it with the time-consuming manual operation.
