The leading groups, whose goal was a homogeneous and national structure, commenced a great struggle. Niğde was one of the important cities where this struggle was experienced. With this aspect, Niğde was a city that needed immigrants. One of the most important and urgent tasks to correct economic and social deterioration as soon as possible was the resettlement of immigrants.
