Abstract

Aiming at the problem of existing locating blind zones in the region near the satellite ground track of the TDOA and FDOA dual-satellite geolocation system, this paper proposed a joint geolocation algorithm with AOA/TDOA/ FDOA measurements. It used a more accurate earth model called WGS_84 to construct subspace based vector identity and earth surface constraints, and to get the pseudo-linear positioning equation for joint observation. It realized dual-satellite high accurate joint positioning with TDOA/FDOA/ AOA . This paper compared TDOA and FDOA algorithm with the proposed method in the same scene. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can ease the defects of TDOA and FDOA dual-satellite geolocation, and increase the precision in the region near the satellite ground track by at least twice times.
