Metronomic chemotherapy for scheduling oral cancer surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Worldwide, hospitals are facing problems in managing cancer patients during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Given the immense cancer burden of oral cancer in India, scheduling surgeries are becoming increasingly difficult. Upfront surgeries are recommended for curative treatment of oral cancers and postponing them raises the fear of progression.
