Abstract

The article offers information on several crimes that took place in the U.S. Topics include focuses on Fyodor Dostoevsky mid-nineteenth-century novel, Crime and Punishment that talks about crime happening worldwide; examines that in the twentieth and now the twenty-first century, though, guilt has enjoyed a different connotation; and considered that spectacle of neighborhoods in left-tilted Berlin vying with each other to exhume crimes of the past hinted at a cultural or political fashion to parade guilt, that was this to be a public badge of authenticity in the new Germany.
