Abstract

The article discusses research published within the issue that evaluated the use of direct soluble guanylate cyclase (SGC) stimulators, vericiguat in VITALITY- heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and praliciguat in CAPACITY-HFpEF to increase cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
