ANÁLISE DA APLICABILIDADE DE UM CURSO DE FORMAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA PARA PROFESSORES DO ENSINO TÉCNICO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO.

This article analyzed the applicability of a Pedagogical Training Course with emphasis on teaching knowledge for teachers of Vocational and Technical Management Education. For this study a descriptive qualitative approach was carried out. The analysis and categorization of the data followed the assumptions of Discursive Textual Analysis. The results indicate that this course contributed significantly to its targeted subjects, showing itself to be relevant to the development and specific improvement of teachers. The results lead to the understanding that specific knowledge and experience in the field are not sufficient for Management teachers. It is necessary to have mastery of pedagogical and didactic knowledge, as well as constantly reflect on one's own practice, develop more research and carefully select educational resources, methods and strategies for use in the classroom.
