MOBILIDADE URBANA COMO DIREITO DE INCLUSÃO DAS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA.

The increasing growth of cities has caused disorders in urban space and has made difficult the free displacement of people with deficiency. Good urban mobility is relevant for identity, life experience and opportunity for all. However, frequently there are hindrances for people with deficiency and thus a limitation to their rights, especially their inclusion rights. Current paper discusses and demonstrates that free urban mobility of people with deficiency is an efficacious strategy to promote inclusion rights.
