Two new steroidal saponins from Neolamarckia cadamba.

Two new steroidal saponins, β-sitosterol-3-O-α-l-glucopyranoside (3) and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), were isolated and identified from the bark of Neolamarckia cadamba, along with 13 known compounds.
