甲基苯丙胺对大鼠海马TNF-α、IL-1β及CD22表达的影响.

Objective To study the effect of methamphetamine on the expression of TNF-α，IL-βand CD22 in rats hippocampus. Method MA （15 mg/kg）was daily administrated （I.P）twice a day for 1day，3days and 5days and normal control group， one-day group， three-day group and five-day group were established. After injection of MA， the stereotyped behavior activities in rats were scored. ELISA method was applied to detect the changes of TNF alpha and IL -1 beta in experimental rats. Western blot was used to detect the expression of CD22. Results Compared with normal control group， the expression of TNF alpha and IL -1beta increased in different MA treated groups， and there was a significant difference in 5-day group（P < 0.01）；the expression of CD22 increased spirally and there was a significant difference in 5 days group（P < 0.01） . Conclusion MA administration resulted in significant increase in TNF alpha，IL -1beta and CD22 expression in rats hippocampus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
