胶囊内镜在426例小肠疾病诊断中的应用价值.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and safety of capsule endoscopy in small intestinal diseases．Methods Clinical data of 426 patients with suspected small intestinal diseases in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2014 to December 2018 which had undergone capsule endoscopy were retrospectively collected and analyzed. Results 426 patients were mainly hospitalized (65.96%). One case(0.23%) failed to complete the examination due to poor intestinal preparation，and 12 cases (2.82%) remained in the gastric cavity and were guided to the small intestine by gastroscopy. One case(0.23%) had capsule retention and was transferred to surgery. The success rate of total small intestinal examination was 99.53%， and the detection rate of small intestinal diseases was 60.56%. Non-specific inflammation accounted for 35.44%of the detected small intestinal lesions. The detection rates of abdominal pain and small intestinal bleeding were significantly higher than those of other patients (P<0.05) ．Conclusion Capsule endoscopy is a safe and effective method for the examination of small intestinal diseases， especially for the diagnosis of abdominal pain and small intestinal bleeding.
