Abstract
- This article aimed to analyze the discursive placements of subjects participating in a pedagogical experience called "Capociência". The subjects of the study are young people deprived of freedom, those agents and mediator participants of educational intervention that accompanied the activities in a public institution. The methodological procedures are based on a qualitative approach of education and used a script structured interview, textual youth productions, pictures and screens of visual arts produced during the activities. As main results, it is possible to indicate that the emerging contradictions of body discourses have made it possible to enrich capoeira's pedagogical potential of social inclusion, with capoeira as a mediator element of possible dialogues between popular and scientific knowledge, with an emphasis on the body notion.
