Objective :To establish a high-alert medication catalogue , management system，operational regulations and uniform labels for those high-alert medications ,in accordance with drug utilization features in maternal and child hospitals .Methods ：The existing high-alert medication catalogues，management systems，operational regulations and uniform labels for those high-alert medications were collected from 16 maternal and child hospitals in China .Relevant experts were called up to establish drug se¬lection standards using the Delphi method by the Pharmaceutical Management Committee of China Maternal and Child Health Care Association .Then,classifications and summaries were made specifically and a uniform and high-alert medication catalogue was compiled ,and at the same time the management system ,operational regulations and uniform labels for those high-alert medications were established .Results and Conclusion ： Through consensus of the experts ,the catalogue of those high-alert medi¬cations was established ,and the management system ,operational regulations and uniform labels for those high-alert medications suitable for use in maternal and child hospitals were drafted in the end .With it，the management of high-alert medications could be intensified from various aspects，drug management in maternal and child hospitals would be more suitable to the reality of hospitals .Therefore，it would help to lower medication risks and reduce drug-induced injuries in maternal and child hospitals.
