HIV/AIDS 患者死亡原因和危险因素分析.

Objective To analyze the causes and risk factors of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/ acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients in Chengdu. Methods 126 HIV/ AIDS patients hospitalized in the Chengdu Public Health Clini cal Medical Center in 2018 were selected as the research object. The causes of death of patients were classified according to AIDS related and non AIDS related. A COX proportional risk model to analyze the risk factors of death in HIV/AIDS patients was estab lished. Resnlts AIDS related infections were important death factors for HIV/ AIDS patients. Two risk factors,CD4+ T cells≤100 cell/ μL and failure to receive HAART, hhad significant impacts on the death of patients. Conclusion Actively carrying out HAART treatment and increasing the level of CD4+ T lymphocytes in HIV/ AIDS patients have a positive significance for improving patient outcomes.
