Abstract
- The article focuses on the action filed by Katta O'Donnell, a law studies student at La Trobe University, in the Federal Court of Victoria arguing the impact of climate change on Australia's future and economy. She seeks for a trial via the mechanism of sovereign bonds with the argument that considerations of climate change risk can have serious effect on a decision by an investor to invest in sovereign bonds and on its value.
