Abstract
- The article argues how U.S. President Donald Trump's ‘end of globalism' increasingly appears as a U.S. self-interested strategy of ‘too little too late'. It mentions that the U.S. government woke up to an emerging Chinese internationalism and diplomacy not based on market plunder but rather on principles of socialist internationalism, highlighting the recently recalibrated Chinese-Russian relations.
