What might Covid-19 mean for mobility as a service (MaaS)?

This short paper speculates on what role MaaS may have post Covid-19 and especially to rethink public transport in its widest sense. I Scenario 1: i Travel will return to the pre-Covid-19 normal within a few months, with public transport, ride share and private car use showing very similar levels of use, crowding and congestion as before.
