Policy Recommendations to Address High Risk of COVID-19 Among Immigrants.

The author discusses increased health risks among immigrants of the viral disease COVID-19. He states that populations who have suffered from longstanding health disparities such as Blacks and immigrants are more likely to experience a disproportionate effect from COVID-19. He suggests policy changes to address economic and health risks among noncitizens which would be in public health best interests. He recommends collecting citizenship data and eliminating restrictions to public assistance.
