Abstract

Literature, especially poetry, which has an interest in all other disciplines and fine arts, has a strong interest in music. Thus, poet who uses elements such as rhyme and measure to provide harmony in poetry thus provides musicality. Even at the end of the verse, the sound repetitions serve as musical notes. The verse rhyme tradition, which is not seen in any other literature in the world, is an indicator of how much our nation attaches importance to obedience and music in poetry. Since Central Asia, it is also noteworthy that poetry is singed along with kopuz and saguz. The poem Dedem Korkut's telling his stories with this instrument, and praying with the instrument at the end of the story shows how intertwined music and literature is, indicating that these two rare art has an old past in our national history. Thus, as a nation with cultural values, we rightly take our distinguished place in the history of civilization. As we migrated from Central Asia to Anatolia, our ancestors naturally carried this beautiful cultural heritage. So much so that my grandfather Korkut's kopuz leaving the place, running, running, took the name of sagu lament. Poets named as poets, baksi, cam took the name of minstrel, folk poet, folk poet, but he continued to tell folk tales with enstrument accompaniment. These stories, narrated by Nazim and prose, were both sang and accompanied by folk songs. His interest in poetry and music was once again proven. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
