Abstract
- An editorial is provided in which the authors discuss public health efforts to control the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Hong Kong, China, including through the mandatory quarantine of travelers, hand hygiene and the wearing of surgical masks. The role that hand hygiene and medical masks play in the prevention of COVID-19 virus transmission is discussed.
