风积沙路基施工工艺应用研究.

Abstract

Haoji Railway (the former Menghua railway) is located in the hinterland of the Maowusu Desert, with abundant aeolian sand resources. If aeolian sand is used as subgrade filling, a lot of money will be saved. Therefore, in this paper, the construction technology of aeolian sand filling, such as different paving thickness, different mechanical combination and compaction times was studied by using wet filling. The results show that it is feasible to use aeolian sand as roadbed filling material to spray water and compact under the natural moisture content; the moisture content control range is 6.3%-11.3%; the reasonable layer thickness of wet construction is 30 cm, and the corresponding loose paving coefficient range is 1.1-1.14. Reasonable mechanical combination and compaction times were put forward. This achievement has been implemented in Haoji Railway, which speeds up the construction progress and saves a lot of manpower and material resources. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
