Servicios bibliotecarios con consonancia emocional: Tutoría bibliotecaria.

The libraries of higher education institutions have developed increasingly specialized services over time, thus meeting the needs of institutions and the communities that use them. Among their users are students working on their degree dissertation (TFG). The latter users are in a complex process that involves both an intellectual and an emotional dimension, so support is crucial for successful completion of their dissertations. This paper suggests that the librarian should take part in this process, here under the name of 'library tutorial'. It involves the development of the competences of access, evaluation and critical and ethical use of information. Also, it takes into consideration the students' emotions, which creates an interaction that triggers complex actions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
