Abstract

【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the effects of vermicompost co-applied with inorganic fertilizer on biological characteristics in rhizosphere soil of mulberry garden and mulberry leaf yield and quality for influences,to provide theoretical basis for fertilization in mulberry fields. 【Method】For the two consecutive years in a row in 2017-2018,four treatments were set up for the Nongsang 14 mulberry garden[T1 treatments for 100 % single application of fertilizer;T2 treatments for 100 % vermicompost;T3 treatments for 50 % vermicompost+50 % fertilizer;no fertilizer application as control(CK)],comparative analysis on the number of rhizosphere microbial communities,physical and chemical properties,mulberry leaf yield and leaf quality of each treatment were conducted.【Result】The number of bacteria,fungus and microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of each fertilization treatment were significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05,the same as below),but there was no significant difference between the number of actinomycetes in each treatment(P>0.05,the same as below). Among them,the number of bacteria(823.78×104 CFU/g),the total amount of microorganisms(1040.95×104 CFU/g) and the number of fungi(8.74×104 CFU/g) treated by T3 were the most,and the number of bacteria was significantly higher than that of T1(51.71 %),T2(14.41 %)treatment and CK(121.24 %), respectively. The total amount of microorganisms was significantly increased by 37.73 %,10.49 % and 77.49 %,respectively,compared with T1,T2 treatment and CK,but the difference in fungal number between T3 and T2 treatment was not significant. The pH of the rhizosphere soil of each fertilization treatment was significantly lower than that of CK,especially the lowest treatment with T3,while the contents of soil alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were significantly higher than CK, T3 had the highest value,which was 47.05 %,62.58 % and 49.42 % higher than CK. The annual yield of mulberry leaves treated by fertilization was significantly higher than that of CK,especially the yield of T3 treatment(41 616.01 kg/hm~2),which was significantly higher than T1,T2 treatment and CK by 18.11 %,9.49 % and 41.24 %,respectively. The content of soluble sugar,crude protein and crude fat in each fertilization treatment was significantly higher than that in CK. Among them,T3 treatment had the highest soluble sugar content(13.64 %),crude protein content(24.49 %) and crude fat content(6.07 %). The soluble sugar content was significantly increased by 5.74 %,2.33 % and 24.23 %,respectively compared with T1,T2 treatment and CK. The crude protein content was significantly increased by 15.68 %,5.15 % and 26.89 %,respectively compared with T1,T2 treatment and CK,but the difference in crude fat content between T3 and T2 treatment was not significant. 【Conclusion】The combined application of 50 % vermicompost and 50 % fertilizer can significantly improve the rhizosphere environment of mulberry soil and greatly increase the yield and quality of mulberry leaves.
