Abstract
- The article describes how several photographers chronicled the impact of the crisis brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic across the U.S. In New York, hundreds of people stood in line to be tested at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens which was one of the first to be overwhelmed by COVID-19 patients. Truck drivers in North Carolina practice social distancing. People in Florida are not taking the pandemic seriously as described by photographer Zack Wittman.
