Abstract
- The article informs about the first image from the National Science Foundation (NSF)'s Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope shows the surface or the photosphere of the Sun in the highest resolution ever obtained, revealing magnetic formations as small as 30 kilometers wide squeezed between cells of convective activity larger than the state of Texas. It mentions that the cellular shapes are created by the upwelling of solar plasma in a boiling-type motion.
