Abstract

We construct a local invariant for resolution of singularities of two-dimensional excellent Noetherian schemes with boundary. We prove that the invariant strictly decreases at every step of the algorithm of Cossart, Jannsen and Saito [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
