Abstract: The article examines the accomplishments of Canada and other countries in preventing the spread of the coronavirus pandemic as of May 2020. Also cited are the Canadian government's move to implement a lockdown and widespread testing to control the epidemic, the self-isolation and intensive contact tracing activities, and a comparison of cases against countries like the U.S., Italy, and Spain.
