B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event In a study of transgender patients (searched in pathology databases from 2000-2019), a 71-year-old male to female transgender patient was described, who developed prolactinoma following hormone treatment with estrogen, conjugated estrogens and unspecified hormonal therapy [ I routes not stated; not all dosages stated i ]. The male to female transgender patient received high-dose unspecified hormone therapy followed by orchiectomy 30 years before. Based on the clinical picture, the patient was diagnosed with prolactinoma secondary to hormone therapy [ I durations of treatments to reaction onset and outcome not stated i ].
