LA CRISIS DE LA CAJA COSTARRICENSE DE SEGURO SOCIAL (CCSS) DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LOS SINDICATOS DE LA SALUD (2012-2016).

This paper analyzes the crisis of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (ccss) according to the health unions. The study has been made considering the pronouncements of the Unión Nacional de Empleados de la Caja y la Seguridad Social (undeca) and the Sindicato de Profesionales de Ciencias Médicas de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social e Instituciones Afines (siprocimeca), in order to identify request and proposals of these union organizations, during the years 2012-2016.
