Abstract

Evaluation of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients diagnosed with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma at a tertiary care centre: should we avoid chemotherapy in conditioning regimes? Dear Editor, Advanced-stage mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sézary syndrome (SS) account for ~30% of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL). Stages at transplant ranged from stages IIB to IVB within the MF/SS cohort, with IVA2 being the most common and both patients with ALCL had nodal disease (T3N2M0, T2cN2M0).
