Abstract

The authors discuss drug initiation and escalation strategies of vasodilator therapies for Raynaud's phenomenon (RP). Topics include basis of the decision to initiate and assess treatment response in RP, factor attributed to the success of treat to target (T2T) strategies in inflammatory arthritis, and key initial steps to the successful development of a T2T strategy for systemic sclerosis (SSc)-RP and digital vasculopathy.
