Abstract

In order to speed up the information process of intelligent detection on the quality of flood control engineering works in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the connotation of top-level design of intelligent quality detection of flood control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River was put forward in combination with the internet of things, including the concept of top-level design and the unified problems that need to be solved in top-level design for quality intelligent inspection of hydraulic engineering. This paper put forward the general structure for intelligent quality inspection of flood control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, and briefly described the construction objectives, business processes, system functions, project technical routes and innovations of the quality inspection and management system of flood control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. The influence of intelligent detection on the quality detection and management of flood control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River was analyzed, including the change of management characteristics and management system. Emphasis was placed on the transformation of management functions-process management as the main and function management as the supplement. The proposal of intelligent detection provides an important guarantee for the realization of information of quality inspection of flood control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
