Abstract

In order to improve the safety of the road tunnel operation environment, the highway tunnel operation environment safety evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects : road environment, traffic engineering facility environment, traffic operation environment and climate environment. Based on the set pair analysis and the extension matter element principle, the comprehensive e- valuation model of the extension element is constructed. In order to eliminate the inaccuracy of the fixed value of the evaluation index, the set pair analysis theory is used to convert the mixed evaluation index variable into a quantifiable correlation index. The extension matter element principle is used to calculate the comprehensive correlation degree of the extension element model evaluation index. Ac­cording to the principle of maximum membership degree, three evaluation levels of road tunnel operation environment safety are deter­mined. This method can realize the transition from passive security control to active security prevention management mode, ensuring the safe and smooth operation environment of highway tunnels, and verifying the practicability of the method through implementation.
