Abstract

Small papular pseudolymphoma (SPP)[1] is characterized by multiple angiomatous papules, mainly on the acral sites of the hands and feet in children. Histological examination demonstrated a dense, bandlike or nodular infiltrate of mononuclear cells immediately below the epidermis and a small nodular infiltrate of mononuclear cells around eccrine gland structures (Fig. a).
