Abstract
- We defined a contract as consolidated if over 75% of enrollees move into a different contract owned by the same insurer in the following year, with the previous contract terminated. Figure 1 plots the annual number of consolidated contracts and the percentage of those consolidations that were to a contract with 4+ stars. If a contract were terminated, and enrollees from that contract were not consolidated, that contract would be included in the Neither category. [Extracted from the article]
