A IGUALDADE E ALTERIDADE COMO FUNDAMENTOS ÉTICOFILOSÓFICOS PARA A PROTEÇÃO DO PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL IMATERIAL: UMA PERSPECTIVA A PARTIR DE FRANCISCO DE VITÓRIA.

The purpose of this article is to analyze which ethical-philosophical foundations structure the institute of intangible cultural heritage, in order to seek greater effectiveness of the means of protection and recognition of a cultural diversity, in view of the difficulty, to safeguard the culture of the another, and to affirm a cultural inclusion. For this, the research is based on the qualitative and inductive method, analyzing both the institute of cultural heritage and the works of Vitória, which allow to establish equality and otherness as ethicalphilosophical foundations of that one, concluding, therefore, by the need to observe both principles at the moment of establishing mechanisms of protection to the cultural patrimony, as well as in the dissemination of public policies directed to the cultural education thus providing greater diversity and cultural inclusion.
