Abstract

[Objective]The effect of optimized fertilization technology on tea quality in Pu’er modern tea plantation was studied, which provided the theoretical basis for promoting tea quality. [Method] The national registered tea cultivars ( Yunkang 14) was used as experiment material, four plot experimental treatments including no fertilizer (blank control) , conventional fertilization (positive control) and two different fertilization mode were designed. [ Results]Compared with blank control, fertilizer could improve the tea contains substances. Compared with positive control, treatment with fertilization could obviously improve the contents of tea water extract, tea polyphenols, amino acid, caffeine and catechins, and the content of catechins increased from 1.36 % to 1.93 % , and C, EC and EGC in catechins increased by 0.3 % -0.46 % , 0.24 % -0.33 % , 0.24 % -0.46 % , respectively. The contents of tea catechins and C, EC and EGC in treatments with fertilization were significantly higher than that in blank control, treatment with optimized fertilization had best effeet. [ Conclusion ] Optimal fertilization technology in modern tea garden could significantly improve the tea quality and should be popularized in modern tea plantation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
