Objetive: To evaluate the compliance of dengue cases surveillance in health establishments of type III scenario in the province of Chiclayo according to the clinical practice guidelines for the care of dengue cases in Peru. Material and Methods: Observational, descriptive - retrospective study, for which the clinical-epidemiological research files of patients belonging to the Health Center of Pósope Alto (Pátapo) and Tumán Health Center filled during the period from January to July were analyzed. of the year 2017. 294 cards were included, of which 244 were from the Tumán Health Post (83%) and 50 from the Pátapo Health Post (17%). The analysis of the information was carried out using frequencies and percentages.
