Abstract
- The article explores how Christina Riley, senior planner at Kier Group, is advocating for infrastructure industry diversity and LGBTQ+ acceptance at the jobsite and to bolster inclusion and diversity. It mentions that the workplace for people from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ employees, veterans and people with disabilities and mental health issues. It also infoms that the inappropriate behavior early by speaking to hundreds of grade school students around the Great Britain.
