Abstract

B Background: b Pancreatic panniculitis appears in 16% of patients having acinar cell carcinoma. We want to present the importance of serum-lipase in a patient with synchronally hepatic metastasized acinar cell carcinoma and pancreatic panniculitis. Serum-lipase was 5580 U/L before surgery and decreased post-operatively to normal serum levels until November 2015. [Extracted from the article]
