The article focuses on public health issue, Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Topics include identification of issues in pediatric health care settings; common occurrence of IPV in childhood and its negative consequences; and use of advocacy resources by clinicians, that can assist survivors to achieve safety for themselves and their children.
