Simplified percutaneous VA ECMO decannulation using the MANTA vascular closure device: Initial US experience.

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is increasingly used as an emergent or salvage modality in patients with cardiovascular or pulmonary collapse.[[1]] Percutaneous cannulation can be quickly performed with ultrasound, transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) or fluoroscopic guidance.
