Abstract: The article presents a speech by People's Republic of China President Xi Jinping, delivered at the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo in Shanghai, China on November 5, 2019. Topics include introduces a Lin-gang special area and several pilot free trade zones at the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone; launch of science technology by the Shanghai Stock Exchange; and plan for integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta area.
