Abstract

Evaluate the acceptability, ceiling and floor effects, reliability and construct validity of the Brazilian version of the Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication (TSQM - version 1.4) in patients with hypertension. Construct validity was evaluated by known group analysis to test if TSQM discriminates satisfaction between in different stages of hypertension, diagnoses of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH), medication adherence and occurrence of side effects and Convergent validity between patient satisfaction and medication adherence measures.
