Current Brazilian and foreign deductive, theoretical and bibliographical research investigates the main causes and consequences of hyper-debts within the context of social inequality in Brazil. The phenomenon does not exist within lowwaged class but in all society. The paper analyzes the behavioral aspects of people and the shunning of exclusive responsibility with regard to hyper-indebtedness.
