PLC 翻转课堂教学实验系统设计与实现.

In order to improve the teaching effect of PLC 'Flip Classroom', a classroom teaching experiment system suitable for this teaching mode was designed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of classroom teaching and 'Flip Classroom' mode, the requirements for PLC experimental system were sorted out. Then, an experimental system that meets the requirements of 'Flip Classroom' teaching was designed by using computer, virtual simulation, wireless communication and other technologies, and the detailed ideas and processes of hardware and software design were given. Finally, the realization process and application effect of the total experimental system were expounded by taking 'Handling Manipulator' as an example. The realization and application of the experimental system solve the problem of separating practice from theory teaching in traditional classroom, and also greatly enhance students' learning interest and lay a foundation for good teaching effect.
