“双一流”建设背景下生物学本科生创新开放实验室管理的探索.

The cultivation of innovative talents needs an innovative platform which matches the cultivation. In this paper, exploration on the manage mode of biological open innovation laboratory for undergraduates in universities is conducted by considering the permission system, equipment management system, reagents management system and safety management system, using the open innovation laboratory for undergraduates in the national demonstration center for experimental biology education in Zhejiang University. Thinking and discussion are also conducted on the current problems. It is demonstrated that with organized management the innovation laboratory would be the best platform for the cultivation of innovative talents. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
