Abstract

Big data in manufacturing industry is the key factor to realize intelligent manufacturing, and it is also an important strategic resource for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China. For small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to optimize production chain, accelerate product innovation and real-time diagnosis and prediction of equipment faults by using large data processing technology in an all-round way due to the limitation of capital, manpower and technology. This paper proposes a storage and visualization framework of big data for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The framework constructs a heterogeneous cluster storage system based on Hadoop to realize big data security storage, real-time query and deep mining. The framework adopts various security strategies to ensure the security of data storage from the big data security audit, sharing, recovery and network security. By improved hierarchical clustering algorithm, real-time approximate query is realized. By parameter optimization of fuzzy reasoning system and mining of fuzzy rules, the efficiency and stability of manufacturing data mining of information platform is improved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
