Abstract

The sorption capacity for strontium of natural (clinoptilolite and glauconite) and modified aluminosilicates by mixed ferrocyanide nickel-potassium was studied. It was shown that clinoptilolite-based samples have a higher specificity for strontium. The distribution coefficient of strontium by natural clinoptilolite and mixed nickel-potassium ferrocyanide based on clinoptilolite were respectively 10(3,8±0,4) H 10(3,1±0,4) ml/g. Static exchange capacity for strontium modified samples based on glauconite and clinoptilolite: 148 H 137 mg/g. The process of sorption of strontium proceeds in the pore-diffusion mode. The calculated diffusion coefficients for all samples were 10-13 m²/s. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
