老年抑郁症患者针刺右侧太冲穴前后静息态功能磁共振的局部一致性变化.

Objective: To explore the changes of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging ( r-fMRI) before and after acupuncture at right Taichong point in elderly patients with depression, and to investigate the regulation of acupuncture at Taichong point on the abnormal brain area. Methods: The resting state data of 15 elderly depression patients at 8 min before treatment and 8 min after acupuncture at right Taichong point were collected by using 3. 0 T magnetic resonance functional imaging technique, and the regional homogeneity ( ReHo) indexes were calculated and analyzed statistically. Results: Compared with those before acupuncture, the brain areas with decreased ReHo values after acupuncture were the left inferior temporal gyms, right suboccipital gyms, right middle temporal gyms, left orbital inferior frontalis gyms, left middle occipital gyms, left angular gyms, bilateral middle and superior frontal gyms, left cuneiform lobe, and superior parietal lobe; the brain areas with increased ReHo values after acupuncture were the left inferior temporal gyms, left insular lobe, bilateral hippocampus and parahippocampal gyms. Conclusion: Acupuncture at Taichong point can directly affect cognitive, emotional and visual related brain areas, and then regulate the abnormal cortex function in elderly patients with depression.
